With over 20 years of experience, Ron has developed an extensive knowledge of the legal frameworks and regulations surrounding private equity and venture capital transactions.

Throughout his career, Ron has successfully represented clients in a wide range of complex transactions, including reverse takeovers, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, fund formations, and capital investments.
