In addition to valuations, David has over 9 years’ experience in corporate finance, asset management, corporate development, internal strategy consulting, securities compliance and M&A. His industry experience includes mining, technology, financial services, renewable energy, real estate, and diversified industrials. His engagements included companies based out of Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong.
Most recently, he managed operations for a $250mm real estate portfolio at a boutique Toronto-based firm, and ran strategy and acquisitions for a competitor to AirBnb. Given his diversified background, David advises clients in a business valuation, corporate finance and due diligence capacity.
David has a Combined Honours BA in Economics and Political Science from Western University, an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and has passed the first six courses of the Chartered Business Valuator designation. David has, also, achieved the PDO and CSC designations from the Canadian Securities Institute. David has also filed provisional patents and trademarks with the USPTO and has a working knowledge of the intellectual property domain.
He currently operates out of the Toronto office and services clients, primarily in Toronto.
